Your Goal and Objectives are at the very Core of your Project Definition
The problem is, to few people are able to draw a clear distinction between what a goal is and what an objective is. So we'll do that, and give you an example to illustrate it.
If you didn't download it in the previous lecture, the project definition worksheet below the video will give you both a set of definitions and a template to use at the start of your projects, to help you define your project.
